Back from France, all is well in Uganda. Patrick meets Brian, Tresor sees Griffin

Good morning friends,

I’ve had a lovely few days away in France with my son, Nick, the weather was amazing with blue skies and plenty of sunshine!

All is well in Uganda, Tresor has kept me informed on the work and I heard from Patrick our security man who has returned from his week away. He had met up with ‘New’ Brian who comes from near where his family lives, Brian is fine and doing well working at the garage in Arua and sent greetings to us.

Tresor had seen Griffin this week, he has been asked to submit another CV, that Tresor is helping him work on, presumably before he starts being employed by the hotel. Prayers please, as I am concerned, he has been on an internship for six months now and sometimes the hotels use these youngsters, promising them work at the end of the period that just doesn’t materialise. It is a good hotel and the experience has been good, but he needs to be working.

The younger boys have been at school all week. Robert had a new jumper for the ‘Colour Day’ at school. Tresor has sent photos of the boy’s, from today (Saturday) having breakfast, doing their chores, lunch time and then at the swimming pool enjoying themselves swimming and playing in the grounds. Kodet walked to meet them after his school classes.
