Dear friends,

It was visiting day at Hope International Vocational college on Wednesday and Tresor went to see our boys, Ronald, Ivan, Robert and New Brian. The boys on the motor mechanics course, Ronald and new Brian, have a new teacher and Tresor was told they are doing really well. Tresor also took them some food supplies, which they appreciated. I now have the photo of the top Ivan designed and made and will attach.

Tim has spent some time with his aunt in the village but is now back at George’s Place. From the photos, I see that Godfrey has been visiting the boys and Benard must have had some time off as Sam from church has been working. It’s good to see that everything has been running smoothly over the last couple of weeks whilst I’ve been away.

“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.” Psalm 107 v1

Next week some of the Senior schools have visiting days, the boys really do look forward to seeing a member of staff on these days, especially now that we have put them in different schools!

I’ve had a busy week, we walked on top of Table Mountain seeing some spectacular views of Cape Town and surrounding areas. Swam in the sea, though I got knocked over by strong waves and decided swimming pools are safer! Seen some amazing scenery on our travels and eaten wonderful food. I usually have a very bland diet in Uganda and have enjoyed very tasty meals here. SA is such a vast country, we are now on our way to Johannesburg to a game park and the Drakensburg area. I am really having a wonderful holiday.

Most of the boys at GP have had haircuts as well this week. Thank you for all your love and support, we have so much to be thankful for with the boys doing really well.

With love and prayers.
